RAMMOR

Privacy

What happens with the details you send through this site - the booking form and "Where should I play next?".

Who is responsible

Rammor · booking@rammor.com

What we collect and why

Only what you type into the form: the event details, your name, your email and/or WhatsApp number, and optionally your company, handle and message. We use it for one thing - to answer your booking request and, if it goes ahead, to plan the show (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): steps before a contract).

Where it goes

Your answers are also kept in your own browser until you send them, so you can pick up where you stopped. They are deleted from the browser once the request is sent.

No analytics, no advertising, no selling of data.

"Where should I play next?"

When you tell us your city, we keep your email, your city and country, your first name if you add it, and which link brought you here. We use it for one thing - to tell you when Rammor plays near you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a): your consent, which you can withdraw any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us). It is stored in Notion (see above) and our email tool beehiiv (USA - EU standard contractual clauses), which sends the emails. The public list on the page shows only city and country names - never a name or an email.

How long

As long as we need it for the request and any booking that follows, and as long as tax law requires for bookings that happen. Ask us any time and we delete what we do not have to keep.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you. Write to booking@rammor.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
